I love to experiment with ingredients and swap out one thing for another in recipes. That's how I came to find my favorite and healthy breakfast. I like to put seasonings on my avocado toast but with these raw fermented carrots there's no need. They really pack a punch! My next experiment will be to use them in my Carrot Cake, I'll keep you posted.


Ingredients:
1 piece Whole grain toast
1/4 C fresh avocado, mashed
1/4 cup REAL PICKLES ORGANIC fermented and raw GINGERED CARROTS
Instructions:
For each piece of whole grain toast, spread mashed avocado and top with gingered carrots.
The saltiness of the brine and the ginger in the crunchy carrots are a delicious and healthy complement to your avocado toast.
Other suggestions: It's such an easy way to pack a punch of flavor, I use it in my salads, roll-ups and homemade cole slaw. YUM!
