Green Chili Sauce Chicken Dip

My family loves my Buffalo Chicken Dip for any occasion and I truly have the best recipe ever. I'd like to take credit for it but this is from my friend Maureen. If there is any leftover we make pizza, sandwiches or calzones out of it. I was looking to change it up a bit and thought I'd try my new CRAIC 40 Shades of Green Chili Sauce to replace the tabasco. It's too die for.

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 Boneless Chicken Breasts

  • 2 Stalks of Celery (Diced small)

  • 2 Tablespoons of Butter

  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese

  • 8 oz. Blue Cheese Dressing

  • 6 oz. Craic 40 Shades of Green Chili Sauce

Instructions:

  1. Bake (I prefer to boil), chicken until fully cooked. Dice chicken into small pieces.

  2. Saute celery in butter, add chicken and all other ingredients. Heat over medium heat until all cheese melts.

  3. Bake mixture at 350 for 25 minutes. Serve with Frito Scoops. So freakin' good.
